1. Cooling-Off Period
A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of enrolment. If the mentee cancels the mentorship within this 14-day period, a full refund of any fees paid will be provided.
To exercise the cooling-off period, the mentee must provide written notice to jason@lendology.com.au within 14 days of enrolment.
2. Cancellation by Mentee
The mentee may cancel the mentorship at any time by providing 30 days written notice to jason@lendology.com.au.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period following the 30-day notice period.
- No refund is provided for partial months or unused sessions within a paid billing period.
- The mentee will retain access to the mentor portal until the end of their final paid billing period.
3. Cancellation by Mentor
Lendology may cancel the mentorship if the mentee:
- Fails to engage in the program, including no sessions attended for 60 or more days without prior communication
- Breaches the terms of the Mentorship Contract and Terms & Conditions
- Engages in conduct inconsistent with the MFAA Code of Practice
A minimum of 14 days written notice will be provided to the mentee prior to cancellation taking effect. The written notice will outline the reason for cancellation.
4. Suspension
The mentorship may be suspended by mutual written agreement between the mentor and mentee. Suspension may be appropriate in circumstances such as:
- Parental leave
- Extended illness or medical leave
- Career change or transition
- Other significant personal circumstances
During suspension: Billing is paused and program progress is suspended. No sessions are scheduled during the suspension period.
The mentorship may be resumed by mutual written agreement at any time within 12 months of the suspension commencement date. If the mentorship is not resumed within 12 months, the mentorship is deemed terminated.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the mentorship immediately in cases of:
- Serious misconduct
- Fraud
- Breach of professional obligations
- Conduct that poses a risk to the safety or wellbeing of either party
No refund is provided for fees already paid in the event of immediate termination.

All refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the refund being approved.
7. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises in relation to cancellation, suspension, termination, or refunds, the parties should follow the process outlined in the Grievance (Complaints) Procedure.
